350 km (mostly dirt and gravel roads, with many challenging sections where you'll have to push your bike. Approximately 30% is asphalt in fair/poor condition. Elevation gain +9800m.)
This trip is for experienced bikepackers with a good team spirit and strong bike handling skills, in highly variable weather conditions; from subtropical to cold high-mountain climates. The greatest difficulty lies in the altitude difference, as the route starts at 700m above sea level and climbs to 5416m above sea level, where you'll have to push your bike (the last 7 km). It's important to acclimatize well to the altitude by regulating effort and fatigue. The guide's role is to be attentive to the group, offering advice and support with their experience so they can achieve good physical performance and a strong team, which will be essential to completing the challenge by combining their strengths.

It can vary between 5°C and 30°C, but at higher altitudes and at night, it will drop to -5°C.

Mountain bike or gravel bike (experts only)
Bicycle rental is available.
Helmet required. Basic repair and first aid kit.

During the cycling stages, the guide will coordinate the group's pace to ensure everyone's well-being and success, offering advice to participants. However, each cyclist is responsible for their own health, nutrition, and hydration, as well as the care and maintenance of their bicycle and maintaining a friendly attitude towards their companions. If someone becomes unwell, the guide will find the best way to evacuate them and arrange for Sherpa assistance. The 12 accommodations included in the program, breakfasts, and dinners are provided. The necessary permits required by Nepal for the tour, as well as transportation from Kathmandu to the starting point and from the finish point, are also included. Pokhara to Kathmandu
